This is a great spell to free yourself from the past. It requires work and patience, because moving on isn't always easy. At the end of the spell, you destroy what you have created in order to make space for the new and accept the end of one cycle to allow for the beginning of another. ✨ This is one of my favorite spells for healing and transformation. ITEMS NEEDED
Salt
Pyrite
Black Tourmaline
Clear Quartz
Something to smooth the salt with to create a flat, level surface and to add lines to the salt (a chopstick works well)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour salt onto a surface. Level the salt using a chopstick or a butter knife
2. Add lines and details to the salt to make a crystal grid. As you do this, focus your intention on what you want to let go of. Add shape to grid and let your intuition guide your design. This should take time and patience, because letting go of the past is not always an easy task. Remember to keep focusing on what you need to release.
3. Add the crystals to the grid.
4. When you are ready to fully let go of what you have been holding onto, take a deep breath. Envision yourself liberated from whatever it is in your past that is holding you back. Destroy the grid. Make room for new manifestations.
