Items Needed
small bottle or vial with a removable cap
dried lavender, sage, rosemary, wormwood, and angelica root
tourmaline
cedarwood, lavender, and peppermint essential oils
optional: crystal to top the vial and hot glue to attach it
Instructions
1. Place the herbs in the vial.
2. Add the essential oil. I made a mini vial (5mL), so I used 1-2 drops each of each essential oil. Use more for larger containers according to your preferences.
3. Place the cap on the container and use hot glue to attach a crystal to the lid (if using one for the lid). For this vial, I placed a small moonstone bead on top.
To use the vial, take a few deep breaths and focus your intent on allowing your mind to open so that your spirit may more easily travel to other realms. You can envision stepping through a portal or other entrance if this helps. When you feel ready, exhale completely and open the vial. Take a deep breath in to let the scent fully envelop your senses. Let your mind relax and recite the incantation. This vial is designed to help you access other realms and to protect you during your journeys.
